OKI B4300 Change paper

My OKI B4300 keeps telling me to change the paper size to A4 (which would be legal size?) when I have only loaded the paper with letter size. How do I get rid of this error. I can remove the tray and reboot the printer but it prints only once and then displays the same message?
Help please - my boss is freaking out! LOL

please keep the papers correctly aligned so that the sensors will recognize it...
