Or www.digikey.com just make sure to use caps with low ESR, 105c, high ripple current, long life rating such as PANASONIC FM or FC series.

Sounds like the cable that connects the monitor to the computer hass a loose wire connection in it.
When it turns green, try flexing the cable near the connectors and see if the color changes on the monitor. I suspect that you have a wire in the cable that was not soldered properly by the manufacture.
If it changes color, I'd contact who you bought it from and have them replace it.

SOURCE: monitor is going off after a few seconds the power
depends if you can still see the image or not with a flash light.
If the image is there, the is related the back light.
Check to see if any capacitorif bulged o popped.
I just fix one and replaced capacitor, but the CCFl is still bad...
