The Menu button seems to be jammed

Sometimes buttons can wedge under the surrounding casing. If you can gently depress the button and wiggle it, that might un-jam it. Otherwise, you might want to open the case up and clear the jam.

Lense error, restart camera problem

If it's "lens error", then check your lens for damage or being jammed.
If it's "lense error", then I don't know what a lense is.

Hi,

You might want to send your camera to your Sony Authourized Dealer for some technical repair. Since it accidentally fell, there might be a part from your camera that is affected by the sudden hit causing your lense to jammed.

Thank you.

Canon- Filter jammed

You can try this but at your own risk. It is likely you will damage the filter, its threads or the lens' threads.

Something IS VERY LIKELY TO GET DAMAGED IN ATTEMPTING THE FOLLOWING. Please USE YOUR OWN COMMON SENSE and DISCRETION:

Recommend that you remove the lens from the camera to avoid damaging the camera.

Option 1: Wrap a rubber band around the filter ring only and see if you get a better grip.

Option 2: Use a sharp nosed pair of pliers and grip only the filter and *PULL* (not push) in the anti-clockwise direction when facing the lens towards yourself. This is likely to damage the filter or the lens thread, but may remove the filter.
