Every time you go to open the unit for a dvd it comes up with locked on the screen and wont open

The radio in our 2001 Pontiac Montana has a broken display. It is not a problem with the backlights. The little screen is cracked. I am wondering if this led screen is available anywhere. I have a lot of...


Personally, I would go with a new radio...i'm not that familiar with this particular radio but unless it is something really special I wouldn't bother, in my opinion it wouldn't be worth the money and time of tearing it apart to change the screen. Another route you could go is checking ebay, or a local scrap yard for another factory one or ultimatly changing to an aftermarket. It is up to you. Good luck.

DVD screen wont work on LEgacy LD32MUB


Read the owner manual more attentively please. There required to connect "brake wire" from the harness of radio to the "parking brake" - pedal sensor. or just coonect this wire to the ground wire or to the metal bolt of surface behind.
