When i open my sent items my nokia 6300 restart automatically and when i open my smart menu it hang.... pls give me the solution of my phone... how to reformat/reprogram....

Delete any messages you dont need from your inbox and sent items box.
Delete any photos and video clips you dont need.
Delete any unwanted mp3 music files.
All of these are stored on the phones memory by default.

1. you have sent a message to smart.com? See if it is stored in the OUTBOX or SENT ITEMS. If not, it is not on your phone anymore. There is no backup so there is no way to view it.
2. the mms comes from smart.com? Check your INBOX
   

The phone has hung up because there are errors in the software. So to reset remove the battery and the memory card from the phone. Using your PC , scan the memory card for any corrupt files or media files with virus- it is possible when they are downloaded from unsafe sites. If so remove or format the card. restore factory setting by code.12345.or else flash your phone

try to remove your memory card and try to open it again..Most of the time memory card is the cause of hard starting, reason is the the card is not inserted correctly.

To save sent messages in the Sent Items folder, select Menu>Messaging>Message settings>General settings>Save sent messages.

Select in settings menu option "restore factory settings"

There are some folders which u cannot delete. but u can delete files in memory card.still u cannot delete files then
1.GO TO SETTINGS.
2.IF U SCROLL DOWN 13TH ITEM WILL BE RESTORE FACTORY SETTING.
3. CLICK THAT. IT WILL ASK FOR SECURITY CODE.
4. SECURITY CODE IS 12345.TYPE IT.
5. YOUR PHONE WIL RESTART IN FEW SECONDS.
6. NOW ENTIRE SETTINGS WILL BE CHANGED. BUT YOUR PRIVATE DATA LIKE MESSAGES IN INBOX, DRAFTS,..ETC WILL NO B DELETED.
7. NOW U CAN DELETE THE FILES U WANT.

i have nokia 6300 mobile but the master code didn,t work but i want to flash my mobile the IMEI NO. IS 358647010668727. i have use the master pasword *#7370#,*#7780# but it is not working. plz solve the problem
