open outlook 2007 go to Tools / account settings
highlight your account and select change. this will take you to change email account. at the bottom if you have if you have Require logon using secure password authenication check uncheck it and then click on MORE SETTINGS / select outgoing server. make sure you have My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication is checked. and select use same setting as my incoming server. then click the advanced tab and check This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL) this should change the incoming port to 995, last change the outgoing port to 465 and click ok.
