Question about Phil & Teds Explorer V2 Twin Stroller
My phil and teds classic stroller is stuck folded. I do not know if the wheel is blocking the way but it does not seem as if. It really is locked in a certain position. I tried pushing and pulling and it just does not budge. So now I cannot open it. Nothing extraordinary I did before this happened. I just folded it the usual way and put it at the trunk of my car. Help please! Is there a button I need to press or should I yank it some way? Thank you much!
We have a new Phil & Teds Classic -- same problem. Solution #2 worked for us. Pushing down on the black bars while pressing the grey button was the solution. Not sure why this is necessary to make the silver button line up with the grey button, but it is. Engaging the brake did not seem to make any difference.

At the side of the front pram at the bar height there are two little round plastic bits that pop out. One on the right and one on the left. With the sport there is a fabric tag with a hole in it that is reinforced with a steel ring. To keep the pram in a locked position you hook these in place, over the black plastic. I think that you may have done this. All you need to do to unlock it is to pull the tag over and off the plastic part and your pram will go up as normal.
(the plastic part looks a bit like a round tower with four gaps rather like a tourrit. Hope this helps.

We just got a Phil and Ted's Sports stroller and had the same problem. I think you need to make sure that the brake is locked when you fold up the stroller. I did not do this initially and my stroller also got stuck! I had to lie the stroller down on the ground and push down on the black bars whilst pressing the grey button. When I had the brake locked it was very easy to unlock.
Hope that helps.
