Well taking a card out i easy once you have disconnected it and opened the case. Find the card that the monitor connecetd to. Undo the screw that holds it in. Gently lever it out by rocking the length of he card. replace it with a new card and replace the holding screw.Initially when it starts it will have a picture but not good quality Install the new software and driver from the supplied CD and then reboot. ometimes when u start up it will find new harware and ask you to put the cd in the drive.. then just follow the prompts
The problem with the genius driver is that it ***** up directinput. Try running dxdiag and you'll see that it hangs on directinput device enumeration. The only possible solution that I found is uninstalling both the driver and the macro key manager. Everything goes back to normal after that (at least the games don't hang anymore). The above is true for vista, things can be totally different on xp.
VT8237 is not a motherboard model number; it's the number of one of the chips used on the board. The motherboard model number is usually found printed on the board near the expansion card slots.
The ASUS website is www.asus.com. That's the main page. From there you pick your country, and then select the download link from the top of the page you're sent to. You'll need to have the board model number, and once you get to the download page for your model you will find the drivers you need.
