all tho the manual says a faulty cold water solenoid which it can be i have found that 9 out out of 10 times its not tht but a faulty main contol module
Hi - its highly likely the start/pause micro switch under the nice panel is faulty, only way is to replace the display module.
I have come across machines with same problems where you can select any function except of course - push start & nothing happens., if your machine does this then I suggest you invest in a replacement display module.
Hi just read your posting. Now on the Intuitive model when it fills it also recirculates the water throe a diverter valve. When the machine is in the drain cycle the diverter valve shifts position and the water drains. The problem with your machine is the diverter is in the drain position when the machine is trying to fill. Now there are 2 types of diverters .Please look underneath the machine to the front right. You should see a pump with a red or black fan attached. Can you please confirm this as then I can guide you throe the testing and repairing of the machine.Looking forward to your reply.
OK this is kind of an elementary question but have you checked you have power at the outlet? To do this, plug in a small light or appliance that you know is working. If there is no power then check the supply fuse/circuit breaker. If there is power then the fault is in the machine (duh?).
To find this the circuit has to be checked by someone with the necessary equipment and experience, not something I would suggest an untrained person attempt. I no this is not a lot of help but the best I can do from here. Good Luck Bob
