You can plug your phone into a pc and transfer appropriate files into appropriate folders visible in the memory card. For example, move images into images folder..music files into sounds folder...likewise
Local setting of vodafone is your problem. For that you may ask your service provider (vodafone in this case) for the required setting. Brother nobody can provide you as it is defined by your provider and he has to give you service on that setting. I think it is fixing your mind......
I don't know how you can assign pics/music to sim contacts - I tried but I couldn't work it out as well. When I click 'edit' on a sim stored contact a menu appears with memory, name and number only.
However, if you move your contacts from sim to phone, you will be able to assign both pictures and ringtones. This time the edit menu extends to home, mobile and office number, e-mail, group, ringtone and photo (with photos make sure size is 680x480 or smaller).
I don't have the phone, but the solution must be a standard one.
Go to your Phonebook and locate your contacts. Press the options button (or whatever it is called in your phone) and enter the options for each contact. There you should be able to locate an option to set a ringtone to that contact. You can do this individually to each and every contact you wanna set a different ringtone to.
Well, if you transfered files from your PC to the phone, they must be there. 2 choices they must be in the phone memory or in the Micro SD memory. Access "your items" on the multimedia menu and search for them alternating on the top tab between the 2 memory spots. If the files are compatible with the phone you'll be able to see/play them.
