Question about Televison & Video
The Samsung Website says to take the batteries out and either press the reset button for 2-3 seconds or hold down the power button for 1 minute.
Got to say I was sceptical but it worked!!

The solution as reported by jenniharrop worked perfectly: remove batteries, hold down power button for 60 seconds, re-insert batteries.
