Try a complete uninstall: Unplug the USB cable from your PC. Go to Control panel add or remove programs. and delete all the entries you see for HP.( If it promts a restart do not restart now) Then open my computer> C:drive> Program files> and delete the HP Folder only (not Hewlett Packard) Then Open C:drive> Program files> Common Files and then delete HP and Hewlett Packard folder. Then Go to C:Drive> Windows> Temp and empty the temp folder as much as you can. Then go to Recycle bin and empty recycle bin. Then Insert the All-In-One CD and cancel the installation process. Open the content of the CD> and open Util folder> Then CCC> Then click on Uninstall_L4 and follow the on screen process. After all restart the computer.
