Problem for ATI RADEON HD 2400 PRO Graphic Card

Garbled text/graphics on new ATI Radeon HD 2400 PRO

I seem to be having problems where characters of text are appearing garbled and blocks of graphics have the wrong colours. It fixes up with a movement of the mouse, but is still really annoying. Anyone have any ideas as to how to fix it? Thanks in advance.
