Hi there. My sims on sims 3 on my PC have all turned black! Pitch black which is the weirdest thing. I can't change them back to how they were before. Any Ideas?

While it is up upright, try booting into Safe mode by tapping F8 and see if the operating system loads. If it does, go to Device Manager and check out any X's or ! for all devices. If yellow ! download new driver for the device. If red x enable the device.

If that doesn't work, there is a connection problem in a device ribbon or cable and that will take a trial and error approach when you remove all plates for entry. Gently, move the move each cable connection and try to reboot.

As you are using Pantech impact P7000 try to put any other sim and place it correctly near the socket.
