Replaced the tv power supply board, because u still have power LED light indication flashing, mean power supply board have more components problems, than just more capacitors problems.

What can cause my Sonny hcd-rv222d shows power reject no on at all

The "Power Reject" error message on your Sony HCD-RV222D mini hi-fi system typically means that there is a problem with the power supply or a component within the system. Here are a few things you can try to resolve the issue:
  1. Check the power source: Ensure that the power cord is securely plugged into both the system and the electrical outlet. Try plugging the system into a different outlet or power source to see if that makes a difference.
  2. Check for blown fuses: If the power cord and outlet are working properly, check the fuses in the system. Locate the fuse compartment on the back of the system and check the fuses to see if any are blown. If so, replace them with fuses of the same rating.
  3. Reset the system: Sometimes a reset can resolve issues with electronic devices. Unplug the system from the power source and wait for a few minutes. Then plug it back in and try to turn it on.
  4. Contact Sony support: If none of these steps resolve the issue, it may be a more serious hardware problem. Contact Sony customer support or take the system to a repair technician for further assistance.

I have a Sony music system mch rv6 problem is not a turn powering on and power bottom light is on please help me

There could be several reasons why your Sony music system is not turning on. Here are a few things you can try:
  1. Check the power source: Make sure that the power source is properly connected and that there is electricity flowing through it.
  2. Check the power cord: If the power source is connected, then the problem may be with the power cord. Try using a different power cord to see if it makes a difference.
  3. Check the fuse: If the power cord is working properly, then the problem may be with the fuse. Locate the fuse in the system and replace it if it's blown.
  4. Reset the system: If the above steps don't work, try resetting the system. To do this, unplug the power cord from the wall outlet, wait for a few minutes, and then plug it back in.
  5. Contact Sony Support: If none of these steps solve the issue, it may be a hardware problem. In this case, you may need to contact Sony Support for further assistance. They can guide you through the next steps, which may include repair or replacement of the system.
Please note that these are general troubleshooting steps, and the exact steps you need to take may vary depending on your specific system model.

When i turn on my ps2 the power doesnt work but i already change the fuse

It might not be the fuse,it must be its power cord or the plug you are using try that if it works on other plugs and if not, check the power cord(cable).

I have dvd player by sony. when i try to turn on there is no power on the unit.i check already the power cord, fuse puffing cap every thing is ok.do you have any idea what other parts should icheck.

Hello
Its poser SMPS bard inside is not working properly. This board supplie low tension voltages to the other circuit boards of the device. It is a Switch Mode Power Supply [SMPS]. Normally repairing is not effective to this board. Replace the board as card basis is good. you can bought it from most of the elelctronic spare part shops at your town. There is a number printed on the printed circuit board and it is its identification. Note that number, and buy the same type. OK.

Dvd player is completely dead.

First thing to check is the power cord with it unpluged. Do you get a resistance there or is it open?? If its no reading at all then the power transformer or fuse or current limiter resistor is open. If you do get a reading then you know your power transformer primary is good. Next measure the AC volts comming from the secondary of the transformer. AC volts? Good! Now Find pin 1 or the end pins on the microprocessor. 5 volts present?? No theres your problem get a schematic and troubleshoot the power supply. Yes 5 volts? Measure the display any volts on it?? Ok im sure by now your gonna say no to one of these and like I said get a schematic and conferm all the voltages are present in the power supply. Most common dead problem in dvd/cd players is the power supply ie transformer, regulator, ic, ect, ect. Good Luck
