Question about Bugaboo Cameleon Jogger

I just got a bugaboo cameleon, and the handles seems to be loose...

Is that okay? are the handles supposed to be firm and not to move or is that my mistake?

Thank you very much

They all seem to be loose....or have you compared it to another that is not loose? The nature of the mechanism lends itself to feeling loose.

I have a Bugaboo cameleon and the brake is not working, it doesn't seem to engage at all. Its like the brake handle doesn't go forward far enough. I live in Adelaide, Australia and the stroller is out of...

Brake cable is probably loose. Follow cable down from lever you'll find an adjustment nut at the end. Loosen the lock nut and wind the cable holder out to take up the cable slack. Check operation if happy retighten lock nut.

The rubber on the handle (bugaboo cameleon) has broken, plus the breaks are not working

If just tears in the handle rubber check out a local dive shop for the glue they fix wetsuits with. Most common brake fault is just a loose cable. The adjuster is at the bottom end of the cable. Just wind it out to take up the cable slack.
