Question about Hitachi 60V500 60" Rear Projection HDTV-Ready Television

1 Answer

Ya...Ok big Irish, Yes, of course that is fine if you research this for me!! Wow, I really appreciate your time on this problem. The situation is this: TV unplugged...all quiet... Plug it in and even without touching the remote, or the power switch, the bulb and both fans come on. A very brief flicker on the screen takes place. Normal boot up sequence of the front panel LEDs take place. On the Power P.W.B. board, all LEDs do light up as they should. Bulb and both fans will stay on for approx 3-5 seconds. Then after the 3-5 seconds, the bulb and both fans turn off. When this shutdown occurs, the TEMP LED on front panel blinks. This is the only LED on front panel with activity. On the Power P.W.B. board, the green LED @ D913 will stay on, but the rest of the LEDs turn off. If you attempt to turn on the TV with either the power switch or the remote, the same things will happen. If you unplug the TV, and reconnect it to an outlet, the same things happens all over again. The bulb was just replaced about 1 month ago (OEM, not junk). When this problem surfaced, I attempted to fix, but have gotten nowhere. I understood the front panel TEMP LED to indicate bad fan(s). I then replaced both fans (yes...both). Same exact problem as above with new fans. Then I replaced Power P.W.B. board. Same exact problem as above, nothing has changed. Again, thank you for your time on this. egear00

I uninstalled creatures3 folders, witch had the uninstaller file

Relax man...
Go "Here"...

Download and install "Your Uninstaller"...its a great program I've used for a long time. It will get rid of the problem for you and if you have to you can use the "brute force" method and clean up any remaining traces with it as well. There's a free trial period, so if you wanna buy it you certainly can, or simply uninstall it afterwards.

Good Luck

My toshiba wont start it keep's restarting at the black loading screen.

have you done a maintainance on it to get rid of all the excess information?? if not..go to start--then all programs, then accessories, then tools, click on disk cleanup. click on yes to all when the pop up box show up.

after this do a defragmentation-- go to start, all programs, then accessories, then tools, then disk defragmenter. click on analisys-- this will tell you if you need to defrag your system. if yes-- do will take time to defrag, but it will speed up you game play ability.
