Try to re-install the Lexmark X4650 driver. Visit the Lexmark website at http://bit.ly/iofMNC. Select your operating system, download the driver and execute the file.

Each cartridge having printing life, as long as cartridge health condition is good it won't gives any trouble. Subjected series printer having mono & colour cartridges,1. Remove both cartridge from the printer 2. Switch on & wait till message appears for insert the cartridges..3. Insert mono(Black) cartridge, close the door & wait till message appears on screen. If message appears same as cartridge error mean that mono cartridge is faulty replace it, if message appears like insert another cartridge, it's confirmed that colour cartridge faulty.. Replace it..
Application functions cannot be called from within the application. If you try to call a function using the application's problem-entry dialog boxes, the error message, Protected memory violation, will appear.
Exit and re-enter the application to ensure normal operation.
Go your message setting. There is option where you'll save your message and choose save to memory card. Delete all message in inbox and outbox folder, delete all cache in your browser and close all active applications. Try to send text message. If the notification "Memory full" still appear you must uninstall a one or more application (not just close it but uninstall it) to make some space in your phone memory. Choose application that you don't use the most. If the problem persist, format your phone back to factory setting.
WHen you open the scan application and get to the point just before you scan... open at the top menu "File" and request to "Save As" and give it the "Name.BMP" see if that helps..
You named the folder but you did not mention naming the file you want to save????
This appears to be a known error on this model of Lexmark including all the 3500-4500 ranges... there are a couple of download patches on the Lexmark customer support site at lexmark.co.uk, I simply followed the instructions and the first patch worked fine......
Issue
The product displays an 0x ... error code when printing (for example
Error: 0xf0af8004 ). These error codes
indicate that the product has an internal condition.
Solution
Use the instructions below to resolve the issue by
restarting the product.
Disconnect the Universal Serial Bus (USB) cable
from the back of the product, but leave the product turned on.
Open the cover of the product and remove the print
cartridges.
Close the cover and wait for the Insert Ink Cartridges message to display.
Disconnect the power cord from the back of the
product and wait for one minute.
Reconnect the power cord. If the product does not
automatically turn on, press the Power
button.
Open the cover and reinsert the print
cartridges.
Close the cover. If prompted, print a calibration
page.
Reconnect the USB cable, and try to print a print
job from the computer.
If these steps did not resolve the issue, please let me know.
I have a new Reflecta DigitDia 5000 slide scanner & during almost every scan this message comes up & it stops functioning "Pfs Loader MFC application has stopped working". I am using Windows 7 Premium. Any ideas?
