Open cpu cabinet. Refix RAM memory. Clean dust from all parts. Reattch ATX power connector from smps to motherbord. Pull cmos cell from motherbord for 10 minutes so all settings are defaults. REmove pci cards from pci slot of motherbord then check. Open processor fan and processor then refix both. Make sure motherbord not ground with cabinet cover. Then check if still problems then change ram .check RAM and motherbord separately .

For that you need to refix RAM memory. It is in back side of laptop. check in back side you find 1 plate upon battery open it then refix RAM memory. if still same issue then you have to reset bios settings for that open back cover of laptop then find motherbord pull CMOS cell from motherbord for 10 minutes so all settings goes to factory defaults. check on motherbord corner side cable pin from power on/off switch to motherbord corner pin jumper correctly.
check on motherbord you find power on/off PIN jumper you cna ground it with any metal like screw driver. then if power on then you have to check that cable or still not start then you have to reset factory defaults settings of motherbord.
For thta pull cmos cell from motherbord for 10 minutes .
Then check.
open your cpu cover . Then check your power led on motherbord blink or not also reattcha ll connection to motherbord. check your smps fan is movinh when you switch on. May be you have to change smps it is square box from with you attch power code.
