Question about D-Link 802.11g Wireless Router WBR-1310 (WBR1310)
The above says it all. Went on vacation, disconnected from ISP; returned and resubscribed...all would work the same until tried to access modem, and we had forgotten the modem password! ISP won't help cause didn't purchase it from them (Ebay), and Westell DOESN'T HAVE A TECH SUPPORT. Both suggested buying another modem/router from ISP!!! (Of course). Know there is a generic password (factory reset), as used it once, but no one seems to want to give it up. Do you know anyway around this? Any help much appreciated!
It's either admin/password or admin/1234. Reset the router to factory specs by holding in the reset tab for thirty seconds.
