Question about Hitachi DZBX35A DVD Camcorder

1 Answer

Software We purchased our camera at a pawn shop. We use the little CD's in the camera. Can we put these in our computer? We've tried but nothing happened. Do we need software? I have the manual and it said we need imagemixer3(?) Not sure what that is. Also is there a way to add background music and edit the movie and move different clips around. We are very new to computers and technology, but we want to learn.

Imagemixer 3 is a software program for editing and creating DVDs. With an editing program you can edit movies by moving clips, cutting out bad bits, add music and commentaries and titles and make a production you are proud to show off. It takes practise of course but the advantage over film is your original movie is still there unchanged if you make a mistake, and most programs have an 'undo' arrow that lets you go back to fix a mistake. I personally use Adobe Premiere Elements but there are plenty of other programs and they are not very expensive. There are many sites on the Internet that will help you with tuition. Be aware that video takes a lot of hard disk space!

I have purchased a Kodak 72-IN-1 Card Reader Model A271. My CD drive does not work therefore i can not download the drivers from CD. Does anyone know where i can download the drivers for this product...

Run a lens cleaner on your CD drive or get a replacement CD (or Blu-Disk burner, or DVD burner) drive to put in there!

If it's on a CD it's not downloading (which is a network thing,) it's just transfer.
Kodak's really making it hard...but if you've been running updates on your OS you should have the driver automagically. What OS are you using? You know about NewEgg, right? Especially if your local vendor won't sell you inexpensive replacement readers and CD drives?

Try this. wait, that's vintage 2000. This one's from 2004. Maybe they're unifying it with their other software bundles? (Here's the bundle with drivers page for Mac OS X.)
What? No! It's the first one I mentioned. That's an old reader and driver, no wonder there's nothing about it now; the standards change a little as capacities go up, and you'll probably want a new reader handy.

I have a Vivitar Camera that I bought from a Pawn Shop. The Flash worked fine for the first few months having it. I didn't use it for a while, and once I finally did, I heard 3 pops. After that my flash no...

The 8025 is a very cheap camera....I hope you didn't pay more than $15 at the pawn shop. Your camera has a blown flash tube. The camera could have been dropped in water by the previous owner. You could have bought one at Walmart that would have at least worked a little longer.

Where can i purchase a battery charger for my

To put it simply, either see if you can find one new in a local shop and write down the voltage and amp hours and watts if applicable and find one the same voltage in the same range amp hours (the voltage must be within >0.5 volts but the amp hours just dictate how fast the battery charges so the closer the better.) Youll find that any second hand or pawn shop may have bins of these for next to nothing. Good luck!

Unable to download pictures from Fujifilm FinePix A900

It's very hard to troubleshoot software problems online, and it likely is a software issue. But why put up with the headaches of bad software in the first place? Please see the following blog article, as it describes the use of a card reader as a much easier, faster, and less error prone way to download your photos. In fact there are several important reasons discussed in the article for using a card reader vice downloading from the camera. USB Card readers are also very inexpensive these day, with cost virtually not an issue. Note that you'll want to make sure of getting a card reader that is stated capable of reading XD cards:

Hi, if you want to download pictures taken on camera to computer the best way is to buy an USB card reader. You take the card out of the camera, into the reader and you card will be available as a disk on your computer, allowing copying pictures very fast and easy.
