Hello - Try resetting the unit by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately ten minutes. If the door does not open, then it sounds like the washer is possibly experiencing a communication problem with the control board, wiring failure or faulty door lock. Contact a professional to move forward accurately to properly diagnose/repair unit.
End of cycle? After the end of cycle you have to wait for 2 minutes minimum (or hear a click), only then you have to try the door; or your door won't open & if you force it you'll damage the door mechanism (not good). End of cycle means "your wash is done".
Does the door lock? Usually when you close the door it locks and allows the water to fill, then it starts the wash cycle. If when you close the door it does not fill, then it could be the door interlock which is at fault. Tom.
