Hi, its Richard, after battery replacement before replacing watch back, there is a small hole in the movement near the edge if you look down it there is a metal plate at the bottom gently press this with a fine screwdriver, the display will then come on, it is a reset switch, regards Richard.

Have you checked a different battery, or verified that the replacement battery is of the same type?
The reaction of the watch is typical for power stress/voltage drop, either due to a bad(weak, old) battery or the wrong battery type.

    Hi there!
My watch has done exactly the same thing. Replaced the watch under warranty in the first year (seconds hand came loose) and now the watch is doing this, and the seconds hand has come loose on this one too!
Shoddy build quality I think, I don't even wear thiswatch to work!

Buttons and analog time stopped working

If the digital time is still showing, it looks like your watch has a defect. If the digital display doesn't display anything, the most probable cause is an empty battery. In both cases you should take it to the shop to have it repaired/the battery replaced.

On my diesel DZ-4108 I changed all of the batteries and the hour and minuet hands are working, but the digital display is not working the batteries are brand new but on digital display what can I do?

I just figured this out. When you replace the batteries, there's the white plastic cover secured with two screws. Remove them and you'll see an area with two exposed 'pads' that says 'reset'. Simply touch them together with a paperclip, screwdriver or whatever and the watch starts right up. :)

The hands have stopped on my Fossil Big Tic watch but the digital display still works, like the seconds.

This watch has 2 batteries so sounds like the main one has gone flat and the display one is still going, you just need to get the battery replaced.

Stopped working and all digital figures displayed!

If the display is not dim the battery is probably OK. Try removing the battery, test it anyway, and after a minute or two replace it (I'd use a new one anyway) and see if the problem is cleared. Sometimes just power cycling will "reboot" the watch. If that doesn't do it I'm afraid it will need to visit a Breitling service center.

Cannot get the analoue display to work on my gucci i-gucci digital watch. can you advise please

Check out if your watch has two separate batteries - one for digital and another for analogue movement.
If it does, replace analogue battery. If it does not - you will need help of a watchmaker.

Rate, please.

Brand new watch won't work

Check your users manual if your watch have two batteries. If yes, you need to replace digital part battery.
If your watch has only one battery, your digital screen or plate is defective. Bring it back to the retailer and ask to replace for the decently working watch.
But first of all try to fiddle with all pushbattons- sometimes it helps.

Fossil Big Tic Watch - setting the correct time on the digital display

The watch is scrolling through the seconds, and is not something that needs to be set. If there is a bottom it is only there to change the way the seconds are scrolling? There are many different types of these, but most are just standard seconds.
