Question about Dell 926 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I put in a new dell color cartridge, the printer alignment mode comes up, it prints out a copy of different colors and then when its done it tells me theres a problem with the alignment and there is tape on the printer head. I have cleaned it off and wiped it clean, and then it prints another test page for the alignment, and again it tells me there is a alignment problem and tape on the cartridge.After several test pages I'm still having the same problem and half of my printer cartridge ink is gone.
i try to clean the silver bar that connects to the print cartridge but still couldnt solve the problem..
First thing to try is to remove the power brick (not just the cord the whole brick) from printer for a minute then re insert and try it again. If this doesn't help try uninstalling it then re installing the printer
