Question about HP Computers & Internet
Sometimes those people at Best Buy continue to disappoint me with the expensive shortcuts they take just to get rid of a virus. I bet you have important documents and you would rather take an easier approach then to have to go through all that trouble to restore the computer to a factory like default.
Look here on how to boot into safe mode on Windows XP:
Choose safe mode without networking.
Fire up your virus scanner and do a through scan for the problem in question.

a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
