Service call error 30-01

I have a Nisca PR53LE badge printer and I am unable to print badges because of an error 30-01. What does that mean help me

I have an HP Laser Jet 2100 and am having problems printing the Avery 5895 Name Badges. The badges have a new design which allows them to pop off the page way too easy and when they are in the printer,...


One has to assume that you are using the manual feed tray (tray 1) to print the labels.
Give Avery a call and let them know what's happening.
In the meantime start using compatible labels from another manufacturer.
Just a thought....you didn't say where the labels are being pulled off the sheet.
If it is at the fuser you can use the rear output bin which gives a straight path thru the printer.

go to the manufacturers website tor the latest driver for your printer that is compatable with your current operating system. Insure your OS is current.

Problems when replacing defective zebra with another

Loosen the plastic thumbscrews that tighten the printhead down onto the ribbon and media. Perhaps there's too much pressure, not allowing the media to advance.

Also just try to reset it to the factory defaults.
Hold down FEED and PAUSE while you power up. When it's finished resetting, press MODE 4 times to save the settings. I've had to do this quite often with ours.

MagiCard Tango 2 Badge Printer


Hi There,

This is very a very common problem!
Fortunately, it's really easy to fix too;

Go to your 'Printers & Faxes' folder. Right-click on 'Magicard Printer Series'.
Select 'Properties'. Click on the 'Device Settings' tab.
Select the correct printer model in the drop-down list (Tango 2);

I suspect you currently have 'Tango' selected.

Badge labels


do you user manual? its in there
you can navigate by selecting bypass try first,select label printing
machine and printer setting must be the same,
