My phone doesn't ring or vibrate also the speaker doesn't work

Go to settings again , swipe towards your left ... under application select phone . check call forwarding settings . It should be OFF . Give me a thumps up if it works .

The vibration..
The ringer...
The flex....


Hi, what makes nothing happens even when trying different levels of the vibration is because the ******** of the phone that makes the phone vibrate when someone calls is damaged.

You need to replace the ******** before it will respond again. It is located inside the phone,always round in nature.

When replacing the ******** of the phone,you have to be careful when unscrewing the phone screws.

Get a phone screw, unscrew necessary screw off, take the back cover off locate the ********, (round like the ringer)But the difference is clear.Go to any phone repair store around your area and purchase another phone by tell them the model and make of the phone.

After replacing the ********, screw back the screws and your done.

What causes phones not to ring out is when the ringer that makes you hear a tone when someone calls is damaged and does not work properly again.

How to unscrew the phone.

Remove the back cover of the phone where the battery is,
then remove also the battery, at the edge you will see where the screw are located.(look closely).

Before you replace it,you can also clean up the ringer ,there might be dirt stopping it from working properly.

The flex is a thread like object that is located inside the phone. To see the flex, you will need to disassemble the phone to get to the flex of the phone.

After replacing the phone flex, your done.

Also it might be the screen of the phone. But in other to know if it's the screen, you will need to test a new flex.

You can get a replacement flex from any of the phone repair stores around you.
