The original problem is no picture and the lamp light staying "Red". I ordered a new replacement lamp, which didn't fix the problem and that I can not return. At that point, I contracted a Mitusbishi authorized manufacturer for a paid diagnosis and pick-up.

Green lines thru picture like some open the shades

If the menu is clear without the lines then chances are its failed caps on the FMT board. You can get the V26 FMT repair kit from the following link which also includes instructions for the repair.

Horizontal Lines in Picture, Picture Possibly Dimmer

The dimming is usually caused by the mirror needing polishing. The lines floating across the screen is usually caused by failed caps on the FMT board you can get the V26 FMT repair kit from

Hi, I have a Mitsubishi WD-52525, and have the Green Light of Death. I plan on replacing the capacitors, and have the Power Chassis out of the TV. However, I am having issues extracting the DM module...

The DM is the second board in the chassis from the right side looking in the rear. The first board is the FMT. The second is the DM, third is the Signal and the one which is sideway across the front is the Power board. The Chassis metal shields have to be removed to access the boards.

Check C8F19, C8F21, C8F22 and C8F27 (1000 uFD, 16V, 105C) on the FMT PCB.
If any are bad, replace all of them with part # 181P734030 (680 uFD, 16V, 105C).
