Question about SanDisk Sansa e260 MP3 Player
Hi. I used my windows explorer to upload some mp3 files to my daughters e260. at first, all files were listed. after a couple of days, some of the files were listed as "unknown". i checked them with explorer and they are all there. what can i do to fix this problem ??
Mine does that all of the time, you simply have to delete them and put them on again. If you put the files in a "new" folder in the music folder it seems to keep them from becoming corrupted, I would also put the player in MSC mode and do a checkdisk.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
