We have a number of the Panasonic NE-1054 model microwave ovens and on several of them the door handle has come off. Is it possible to replace this handle? Thank you!

Yes. We have the service manual and have uploaded it to our site here for your convenience.

Once you have the parts numbers, you can order them from Encompass here.

Feel free to contact me directly (and please remind me of your full model number from the tag on the unit) for more information & help.

Replacement part for microwave

That would have been # ANE06012L0APbut it is listed as no longer available from normal distributors.

It looks like you can still order it here.

Looking for parts for my Panasonic Microwave Model No 9970C9870C

The proper model number format would be NE-9970C or NE-9870C.

You can order Panasonic parts from Tritronics, but if you don't find what you're looking for there, try here.

I would suggest searching by just the root model number without the C suffix.

If you're still having trouble, please replay back with your specific model (from the tag on the unit) and let us know which parts you need.

We're happy to help you with free advice and we'd appreciate your thoughtful rating of our answer.

Need to have Panasonic Micro-Wave looked at. Works great, but never had it serviced. Model NE 7800 9-76 Serial # H14943. What do I need to do? gig1@pacbell.net

An old saying comes to mind: "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!"

But if you have some concern, I would recommend that you contact your nearest Panasonic-authorized servicer. You can find one here.

We're happy to help and we appreciate your thoughtful rating of our answer.

Microwave runs for a few seconds then F 12 displays on screen and it stops

The following is a solution for the Panasonic brand microwave. I do not know your brand so this is the best I can do.

PANASONIC
Model: NE-1057, NE-1057C, NE-1257, NE-1077, NE-1277, NE-1457, NE-1457C, NE-1757, NE-1477, NE-1777 Symptom: Code "F11" or "F12" appears on the display intermittently Problem: Moisture is accumulating on control panel from steam rising out of the door. Solution: Install foam sealer (cushion rubber) along lower edge of control panel escutcheon. Part # A8251-3180
