HOW CAN I REFILL HP 802 TRI COLOUR CARTRIDGES WHICH COLOUR IN WHICH HOLE

1) If you replaced it with a refilled cartridge you may need the "latest" version of the cartridge in order to print with refills. See this link for more information: Updated HP 61 301 122 and 802 Ink Cartridges

If this cartridge is from their monthly print program you will not be able to refill it and taking it out and replacing it in the same printer can also through an error code.

2) Have you tried turning off the printer, unplugging it "FROM THE WALL" for three minutes and replugging it back in and turning it back on?

3) If one or the other cartridges have electronic problems, it will not print.

4)If an update was done on your printer software? Sometimes this will not allow you to use anything but HP. However, sometimes if you use an genuine HP and then go back to the refill it will reset it and work again.

if you want to refilling yourself then your requirments must be syringe, ink
you have to take ink in the syringe and push the ink in the sacific point in the cartridge. you have to remeber that you should diffrent different syring fo different colour

Your printer will be using either of the foll:
HP 802 Black Ink Cartridge CH563ZZ
HP 802 Small Black Ink Cartridge CH561ZZ
HP 802 Small Tri-color Ink Cartridge CH562ZZ
HP 802 Tri-color Ink Cartridge CH564ZZ

after refill, use a dry tissue paper to wipe the head....(small metal head with 2 lines for ink flow in the bottom of the cartridge)...u also need to clean the small metal dots(15 to 20) on the cartridges...(these dots are for data....trf... connecting the cartridges to the printer....)

keep cleaning till the ink flow is fast and your tissue has lot of ink marks....hold the tissue in one hand (pam) and press the head to the tissue....move the cartridge on the tissue in a manner from say top to bottom of your pam....do this 5 to 6 times till the ink starts to flow smooth....

if the above does not give you the desired result....of clean ink flow....

the other option is to immerse the cartridge head (only) in hot boilling water.....
to do this....
boil water in a bowl....remove bowl from gas stove / microwave....pour the hot water in another bowl(normal temp...it will help you hold the bowl with your hand...just the water will be hot ) and immerse the cartridge head portion in it for some mins...till you can see the ink come out....wait...... and use the above tissue clean process for some time.....re-do the process if you dont see the ink flow...in the tissue....once you note lot of ink in the tissue....wipe the cartridge dry and install in printer and do a test print.....

you can also reset the ink level....give me some tiem and i will let you knwo how do that...

once you can print.....let me know....i will tell you the reset trick....

Log on to www.datatek.com and there is a cartridge refill manual. You'll see instrux for refilling your cartridge.

left inside durring refilling that is why
professionals are using special machines
that refill in 0 air πρεσυρε using vaccum pump

It can be done, I have used refilling ink on HP printer before with only two cartridges, I just went by the diagram that came with refill package. However, it was a messy job and there are lots of shops that refill tri-colour cartridges now and I would definatley opt for that option.

Filling is easy - but messy. I use No 40 cartridges for my pixma ip2200.
For the black cartridge, carefully remove the label. Drill a 2-3mm dia. hole in the depression in the top. With a syringe fill, using about 10ml of black ink. Plug the hole with a suitable bung and away you go!
You will however lose the ink level indication as it is not a genuine cartridge - but that is unreliable anyway.
Don't refill more than a couple of times as the foam inside the case eventually perishes and all the ink runs out.

Whilst the cartridge is out of the printer give the jets a wipe with a wet tissue. This is usually quite effective in removing dried on ink.

You can do the same with 41 colour cartridges but it is a bit more tricky locating the correct place to drill.
