I cant seem to install my hp cd again..i already installed it before but i cleaned my computer and now i want to reinstall it and it dosent seem to install

If you were able to install all drivers before then that means something might have interrupted your Windows installation last time that's why some drivers were not installed properly, it could be your CD Rom is already malfunctioning or the Windows CD itself has some scracthes making it hard to install all the drivers.

Reinstalling windows again should fix the problem but to save you time from Reinstalling windows again you can always go to HP website and download the drivers. Click HERE to check for the drivers.

3. Look for Audio Driver then click download
4. Restart computer fater download is complete.

I have an HP LaserJet 3015. I got a new computer


- uninstall everything again
- browse your disc
- open "Setup" folder
- copy "Scrubber.exe" and "scrubber.ini" to your desktop
- run "Scrubber.exe"
- restart PC
- reinstall software
- enjoy

- p.s. this will not work under windows 7

When I install the D7260 printer using the CD-Rom supplied it works fine. Then after a few days only the top two or three lines of the first page are printed and, after a long pause, the sheet comes out....


Many issues are caused when the HP Photosmart is connected to computer using a USB cable before the HP Photosmart software is installed on the computer. IF you connected the HP Photo smart to your computer before the software installation screen prompts you to do so, you must follow these steps.

Troubleshooting common setup issues :
1) Discoonect the USB cable from the computer.
2) Uninstall the software (if you have already installed it.)
3) Restart you computer.
4) Turn off the HP Photosmartm wait one minute then turn it on.
5) Reinstall the HP Photosmart software.

If your installation is incomplete, or if you connected the USB cable to the computer before prompted by the software installation screen, you might need to uninstall and reinstall the software. Do not simply delete the Hp Photosmart application files from your computer. Make sure to remove them properly using the uninstall utility provided when you installed the software that came with the HP Photosmart.

To uninstall from a Window computer and then reinstall
1) On the Windows taskbar, click Start, Settings, Control Panel (or just Control Panel).
2) Double-click Add/Remove Programs (or click Uninstall a program).
3) Select HP Photosmart Driver Software, and then click Change/ Remove.
Follow the onscreen instructions.
4) Disconnect the HP Photosmart from your computer.
5) Restart your computer.
Note : It is important to that you disconnect the HP Photosmart before restaring your computer. Do not connect the HP Photosmart to your computer untill after you have reinstalled the software.
6) Insert the HP Photosmart CD-ROM into your computer's CD-ROM drive and then start the Setup program,
7) Follow the onscreen instructions and the instructions provided in the Setup Guide that came with the HP Photosmart.

Attempts to print on HP Deskjet F4280 shut down my programs


Sounds like the drivers are not installing properly. Are you installing through the CD or downloading the drivers from the HP website. Since a lot of the new drivers are no longer supporting XP you will need to download a scrubber utility and delete all of the pre installed drivers and attempt to reinstall through a manual installation of the drivers.

I have problem with my printer;always show in my computer a text and said:error in the conection of the scanner


the scan drivers may have gotten disassociated thats why it may be happening.

if the allinone is wirelessly connected you can run the setup cd and try adding a device again. if it dosent worn you have to do network troublshooting ... hit me for that again and ill let u know.

it will contain files called uninstalll1, uninstalll2,uninstalll3,uninstalll4>
run them all in the same order as above>
this will completely wipe off the hp device from the pc (it will take time each level taking more time then the one before it)
once done restart the pc>
reinsert the printer software cd and follow the onscreen instructions to reinstall the printer software again.

On my psc 1610 all in one the scan to feture does not work. it tells me i need to run install or run device software
