i have an ipaq 6515 it gets switch off quit often i have to remove the battery and restart only then i can switch it on i triyed hard reseting but its not working please help me out

most probably your Gps module had developed problem.

The ipaq 6515 has a microswitch that will turn off the pda if the battery cover is removed. When you remove the cover and try to turn it on even with the external power supply plugged in, the red led will light up.

Hard Reset HP 6515
Hold down the POWER button and press the reset hole for approx 5 seconds, then remove stylus from reset hole first, follow by release of POWER button.
