An F/dL error code indicates a problem with the door lock. The error code will pop up when the door fails to lock. The washer will display the error code after six attempts to lock the door. The lid could not be closed completely or detergent residue may be blocking. Residue must be cleaned. Or, the control cannot tell whether the door is locked or not. The following page offers some repair steps:
