Whenever I try to open the Tally ERP 9 software, it says "this application has failed to start because TDLSERVER.dll was not founde. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

You could always do what it says and reinstall the application. It can be downloaded here:

Does your user name and password have administrative rights on the computer? If not then you may need try with a user that does. I have run into some software that will throw a similar error if the folder already exists.

Open windows Run
Enter C:\TALLY\tally.exe C:\TALLY\DATA 38528

it will open Tally now press Ctrl+Alt+R

it will ask to rewrite company.... after rewrite check your problem will get resolved.

rename the new data 10000 to 10000n
open tally erp 9 crack version
on select company press ctrl+alt + r
your new data will not b showing
than open tally data folder again and change the name of folder from 10000n to 10000

than press again ctrl+ alt +R

now in list you will be shown with new data
press enter

the data will be rewrite in older version
