how can i transfer the videos and pic to my laptop
i hav window vista
and no driver install for this camera
when i plugin usb to transfer frm camera noting appear

usb streaming function is not readily supported by windows vista. this would depend on the software that came supplied with the camcorder. unfortunately, the software being incompatible and the funtion (usb streaming) not supported by driver included in the supplied cd-rom, usb connection will not work (although you can use it for still picture transfer). for tape transfer you would need to go another route which is ieee1394 (ilink or firewire) connection. it should be a plug-and-play connection. your computer should support and have a working ieee1394 (ilink or firewire) card installed. a compatible ilink cable for both devices and a video capturing software like windows moviemaker and having all the needed hardware and software then your good to go. hope this helps.thanks:)
