Unfortunately, I can not send you an activation code for wisefixer, or help you with that unless you own the program, but I know of some great programs that are free, well recognized, and work very well (possibly even better).
1. CCleaner, is a great program. It also has a great site in case you need help with the program itself. This program can clean files, the registry, help you with clean up your startup, and other such task.
2. Defraggler is really just a better version of window's default defragmenter.
For the most part, that really is all that you should need for cleaning up your computer. If I can help you with anything else, or in using these programs, go ahead and post!

No need to buy WiseFix. Here are some handy troubleshooting articles that have resolved this error (306) before.
Please do this if you have or are using Internet Explorer (browser): - Launch Internet Explorer- Click the Tools menu- Select Internet Options- Click the Connections tab- Click the LAN Settings button- Make sure that that "Use a proxy server for your LAN" checkbox is unchecked- Click OK till you are out of everything, and then close Internet Explorer- Try again in iTunes to load the store
