Question about Nikon D40x Digital Camera
The memory card may be corrupt.
Try using another memory card.
If this doesn't work, try using the camera's reset function. I think this is done by holding down two buttons, which should be marked with green dots. If not, check the manual.
If this doesn't work then it may be a repair job...
