One... use this option for... Washing a single item of clothing, for example, one pair of jeans.
This option will reduce water consumption and washing time.
Note:You can reduce the amount of detergent you use with this wash.
Do not use the ‘One’ option with a full or a half load.

There should be a plastic filter fitted in the hose, if there is not, then it should not stop the pump working, unless ther is a blockage in the hose from the drum to the pump, or a blockage in the hose from the outlet of the pump.Try removing the hose from the pump outlet, and blowing down it to see if is clear.
Also the pump itself could be faulty.

Remove top cover and lower rear panel of washer
With some help, tilt washer forward, and fit belt round motor pulley first, slowly ease belt onto drum pulley and feed slowly round, turning pulley at same time, it will be very tight, so watch your fingers, you can align the belt after it is fitted. Please rate my solution.
Check the drain and circulation hoses for partial blockages as usually this causes such problems. Also make sure you using program with full speed spin cycle (solid spiral sign just before the dot pointing the end of chosen programme)
If it has filled with water, and no lights flashing, and then no motor action I would check the brushes in the motor for wear.
Remove rear panel , remove belt, undo 2 screws securing motor,
and lever motor back, disconnect motor plug, noting which way it goes in, and check brushes for wear
Plz rate my solutioin.
