Can I download a service manual for Canon MP620?

There is no specific driver for OpenOffice, once you will install driver above, your scanner will work will any office product.

Click on the link, accept the terms and download the manual. In it, you will find a chapter on step by step instructions on replacing the ink cartridges.

The USB cable can be purchased at any office store or Wal-Mart. The software can be downloaded free from Canon. Here is the site for your printer:
