Question about E-Machines eMachines Desktop PC
Your guy this morning gave me this address to go to that will help explain the job that I am trying to do:http://forums.skateperception.com/index.php?showtopic=51265. I cannot get this to come up. What have I done wrong.
First off, make sure that your motherboard can handle the RAM that you are trying to install. You can go to www.crucial.com and it will scan your system and tell you exactly what RAM you can install. It is not hard to install RAM. You have to seat it correctly though. You need to apply some pressure when you install it, without ramming it in there. (No pun intended!) It should be recognized when you boot back up. Note that you should install RAM in pairs - making sure that each stick is the same speed. Let me know if you need more help.
