Question about Wacom Intuos3 Graphic Tablet
I bought my wacom intuos 3 graphic tablet 6 mths ago n lately i find tat the cover of the drawing surface seems 2 come off at the side...should i just gum it like using superglue or something?
will it affect or damage the tablet by any mean? thks...yrs , anthony
The drawing surfce is not glued down and should never be glued down. It is replaceable...
It is basically held on the tablet by an adhesive strip (Double Sided Tape) along it's top edge. I was a little worried too, when after spending some time in Photoshop, it lifted away as if stuck to my wrist.
This is not a fault and it will just lay back in it's recess, no harm done.
NEVER EVER glue it down, or when it comes time to replace it, you will not be able too. If it is peeling up and not laying flat, buy a replacement.
