How to unlock your computer if you forgot your password and you dont have a disc

Assuming that your op. system is Windows XP, at the user log on screen hit the CTRL+ALT+DELETE twice. This will bring you at a log on screen that you can type "administrator" for user and none (blank field) for password. Hit OK and after the system log on change your account's password as you wish.
