When faults occur, they are logged in to a fault history file by date, time, and fault code. Use this list to identify trends and resolve problems.
To view the fault history:

1. Press the [Machine Status] button on the Control Panel.
2. Select the [Active Messages] tab.
3. Select [Fault History]. The screen displays the number, date, time, and image count for each fault code.

Any sim card has a pin code(4 digits). Sometimes it is activated some times not. If you put in the pin code 3 times wrong, your simcard willl be locked. To unlock it you will need a PUK code which is a 13 digit number. You usually get it at the same time with your sim card. If you put in the PUK code wrong 10 times then you won't be able to use it anymore and have to contact your Net provider to get a new Sim card.
