Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3i Cellular Phone
SOURCE: how to.....
Take the battery & SIM card out for about 10 minutes, then put them back in and power up again. Wait 15 minutes, then turn it off, then turn it back on. This should force the phone to download any missed updates and apply them. then u shud probably c the settings..If this doesn't work then you will probably have to try to contact Motorola directly to get a warranty repair done.
