I guess it's difficult to get free product keys for your office, but you can get a much cheaper one from https://www.facebook.com/Office-2011-for-MAC Key 1799093256986418, I got my key from this site and its low price surprised me a lot. You can go this site to have a try.

Run a full virus scan, and hook external keyboard to see if it will work, if okay the laptop keyboard will need to be replaced. Go to www.ebay.com type make and model of laptop, refine search to keyboard.

You need the Win7 camera driver, check sony support at:

just enter your Win7 operating system (there are 9 versions of Win7), and select the downloads (2)
for your computer camera driver.

you shouldn't need to have to press f9 to boot from cd rom if you have it set in the bios as the first boot device , are you sure the copy of windows on cd that you have is bootable. Try booting from the disc on another laptop or pc and see if you can start it

once you have booted to usb you should be able to access the cd rom

depending on what version of windows you are trying to install you will need to run different programs.

you could also install vista or windows 7 to usb drive and install it from that, it is much quicker than installing from cd/dvd you would need to be able to boot from usb to start with though

A quick short cut is to open a browser if you use Internet Explorer and select tools menu, then select Internet options. When the box opens then select the advanced tab and scroll down until you see a check box under security and check allow active content from CD to run on my computer.
