My games are not functioning...

first: TRY TO INSERT YOUR MEMORY CARD TO ANOTHER PHONE THAT COULD SUPPORT IT...IF IT WORKS ..THEN THE PROBLEM IS YOUR PHONE..MAYBE YOUR MEMORY CARD IS TOO MUCH FOR IT..
2ND IF YOU INSERT TO ANOTHER PHONE THAT SUPPOSEDLY SUPPORT IT..AND IT DOESN'T WORK..THEN THE PROBLEM IS YOUR MEMORY CARD..
fyi: REFORMATTING YOUR MEMORY CARD COULD CAUSE SEVERE DAMAGE TO YOUR MEMORY CARD..IF YOU HAVE HAD FORMATTED IT AGAIN AND AGAIN, THEN EXPECT IT TOO FCKED UP... IF YOU WANNA DELETE FILES IN YOUR MEMORY CARD JUST OPEN FILES AND DELETE THE,..DO NOT FORMAT YOUR MEMORY CARD

Try to reformat the unit by

Remove the sim card and memory card

Turn on the unit and type:
*#7073#
this will reformat your cellphone to it's original state

take note that all the data stored on the phone memory will be deleted

then insert the sim card and memory card and open the unit.

Is this a brand new phone? If there's nothing saved in your memory card, you may want to reformat the memory card to see if that helps.

Once you purchase a memory card (example: 4GB) and you insert it to the phone, once you check the memory status, you will never see that the available space is 4GB. It will show for about 3.98GB available and that's normal.

But 44MB is a big space and I believe that reformatting the memory card will help.

put it in a computer.Use filesystem FAT-32
to reformat your memorycard.
Now the card will work again!

In SE Z550i there is no option to move text messages from phone memory to external memory card. The phone comes with 20MBs of onboard memory which is shared by phone's functionalities such as calnder, to do lists, phonebook/contacts, messaging, installed games and applications, etc. The problem that you've mentioned above can occur when you store/install other files such .mp3, photos, games and applications, etc. on your phone's memory instead of the external memory stick. Please check if there are any mp3s, photos, etc. stored on your phone memory and move them to the memory card. In future, try to keep the phone memory as free as possible from mp3s, photos, etc. and please do not install too much of games and applications in the phone memory, instead install them on the external memory. If you have already installed many games and applications in your phone please check if they are installed on your phone memory and if they are please move them to the memory card.

take the phone and have the firmware reflash

ensure you reformat your memory card in ur phone or in your computer

the best thing that you can do is reformat that card.

if you have manufacturers gaurantee take it back to the store of purchase may well be a virus or corrupt file on memory card try reformat memory card.
