Question about Packard Bell Computers & Internet
Try holding "Fn" (function) and then tap "F9" (key on the top row).
That disables/enables most Toshiba trackpads.
Failing that, go to http://support.toshiba.com/ then into support, choose your laptop, etc etc, and download the trackpad utility (if it's not already installed)
I think Toshiba use Synaptics trackpads... so look for that in your start-programs first. You can disable and enable it through there, but it's more likely someone accidentally Fn+F9 'd it in the first place! =-]
