In normal use, the front wheel needs to swivel freely - then this stroller's drive is easy and manageable with one hand (we know from extensive use with 2 kids and shopping on board).

The front wheel normally can not collide with the car. If the wheel assembly / lock is not correctly inserted, it can lock / unlock uncontrolled: try to disengage and mount the front wheel unit again.

Unsufficient tire pressure can also detoriate the drive.

Call the Feber customer helpline on 0844 5610008. They quoted me a price of £30.54 inc P&p from Spain!

Feber has a help line, they will post the parts to you. Helps if you have the instruction book the part numbers are listed in them. Tel 0870 2406463

check the FREEWHEEL LEVER at the rear of buggy to make sure it in the drive position, if you can push the buggy it not in drive mode.

I'm not sure where u brought your buggy from but try mothercare as they ordered me some new wheels for my silvercross 3D pram.
