Question about LG enV VX9900 Cellular Phone
Ok i went to the beach , my phone was inside a bag full of clothes . There was no way it could've got wet. The at night i checked my phone . It was frozen on the Verizon welcome logo then it restarts , and does the same thing !!! I dont have warranty , i've had the phone for 6 months .
Ok, here is something odd. I get a new phone, my daughter was going to take the env and have it fixed (verizon will replace it with a refurbished one for $50). I had not shut if off, so the battery was completely drained. She plugged it in and charged it, and now it works, of course, after I bought a new phone. Hopefully this will work for others.

Mine was doing the same thing, but as it turned out, i realized that my phone was fine with the micro sd card i had put in it. if you guys are using removable memory and this is happening to you, take the memory out of your phone, take the battery off, put it back on, and then try to charge/turn on. hope this helps :)

I also had the same problem with my phone freezing. After having my phone for a little over one year, my phone froze last light what it stayed on the Logo of Verizon Wireless and after a minute or two blinked a couple of times and froze with Verizon Wireless logo on the screen. It did not matter if I changed the batteries with my husband who also has the same phone.
I tried to charge the phone to see if it would help but it did not change this moring. This advise is for anyone who come across this website and has the same common problems with this specific model.
Please write your story and add to this website so that there will show a history of common problems with this phone to show the Verizon Store that there is a problem. This website has helped me in, that I will be printing out these same related stories to get a replacement phone at no charge. It is not right that I or any of you have to be inconvenienced to have to deal with a broken phone.

This happened to mine. i had to get a new one they gave it to me for free. if it got wet take the battery and place that and the phone in dry rice for about 3 days. that will absorb the mositure.
